Refund & Returns Policy

At WrestlingFiguresUK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
